We welcome both girls and boys into our School through an admissions procedure that invites candidates to sit Entrance tests. These are organised in January for children joining in September in either Year 7 or Year 9. Subject to the availability of places, we are also pleased to consider applications to join other year groups, or to enter the school at other times of year. Although our admissions procedure is selective, it is designed to be accessible to children achieving average levels of attainment or above, children who we believe are likely to get the most out of the educational environment provided at our School.
Children in Year 7 will be asked to complete multiple choice reasoning tests and a short English paper. They may be invited for an interview. The Entrance tests are augmented with papers in mathematics, a modern language and science for students joining further up the School.
