Every year, a large number of enthusiastic and motivated young people join our Sixth Form from other schools. They find a community where each individual is valued, respected, rewarded and celebrated for what they achieve, large enough to create some fantastic opportunities, small enough to be personal, a place where every student can find their niche.

It’s an environment that’s hugely welcoming, from the buddies and first friends met at induction day to the individual support provided by the Sixth-form staff and tutors.

The School’s House system is a cornerstone of what makes Sixth-form life so special at this School, through the camaraderie it brings, the responsibility it affords and the fun of organising or participating in House events.

You’ll be challenged to get involved at every level, in the running of the School, in the rich sporting and artistic calendar and in a programme of activities designed to build your confidence, independence and self esteem as you succeed in a wide range of new experiences.
