Netball is the main sport played by all girls in the Spring term, although practice and preparation begins in the autumn culminating in an the various age groups competing in area and regional competitions. There is an ‘A’ and a ‘B’ team in every Senior School Year-group with six teams at senior level, ensuring that there is a lot of opportunity for girls of varying ability to get involved with School sport.
 

The facilities for netball include one indoor court on the school site and Failand holds six netball courts allowing students to have plenty of space for practice during their Games Afternoon.
 

Fixtures are played each Saturday of the term, along with a number of mid-week matches. Each Year-group has at least one afternoon at Failand, with additional weekly practices.
