Swimming

BGS Infants have a swimming session at Henbury pool with access to both a learner and a full-sized pool. In the Junior School, each Year 4 and 5 class goes swimming for part of the year, making use of the nearby University swimming pool.  This is also used by the Senior School with each pupil taught swimming as part of a rotation within the activities programme. The School is represented by teams entered into area competitions which often progress through to regional and national level.
