Sixth Form

Each year I am pleased to welcome into the Sixth Form a number of students from other schools and I try to ensure they join a friendly and supportive community. Our students find our approach a necessary bridge between the tight structure of GCSE and the freedom of university life. As senior students, Sixth Formers play an important role as leaders in the school community and have many opportunities to work with younger pupils through the House system and in extra curricular activities.

There are many strands of Sixth Form life at BGS and I would encourage you to visit us and see for yourself. We hold a number of visitor days and information evenings during the year and I look forward to meeting you at one of these.
