If you’re searching for a venue for a personal or corporate event, take a look at what BGS has to offer.  We have facilities to suit every need including stylish weddings, summer camps, theatre productions, sporting occasions and regular meetings. 

For wedding receptions, large parties and charity balls, the Great Hall has dramatic style and size.  It’s one of only a handful of venues in Bristol capable of holding 370 seated guests.

For smaller gatherings, summer sporting fixtures and wedding parties with more of an outdoor feel, the Pavilion is set in beautiful countryside only ten minutes drive from the city.

If you are planning a theatre production, the atmospheric Mackay Theatre has tiered seating for 145 people, a sound and light gallery and plenty of over head rails for lighting rigs and scenery.

We also offer classrooms, sports facilities and a variety of traditional, intimate and modern rooms to suit your meeting, workshop or other event.

Centrally located, our main campus is easy to get to by car and public transport from all over the city and there is free parking for up to 200 cars.

Before and throughout your event, a dedicated member of the BGS team is on hand to receive deliveries, manage the set up of the room and to handle anything else that arises on the day, leaving you to relax and enjoy yourself.
