Upper School Tours and Taster Sessions

There are numerous opportunities to come and visit BGS, both for you and your child. As well as our open events for which no booking is required, we also offer tours and taster sessions.

Tours allow prospective pupils and their parents to be shown around BGS as part of a small group, visiting the School on a normal working day which will give you a feel for what BGS can offer you and your son or daughter. Tours are followed by refreshments and an opportunity to speak with senior members of staff.

Taster Sessions allow children entering Year 7 or Year 9, the opportunity to come and spend a day or part of a day at BGS and get a real feel for what life is like as a student here. Full details for each event such as where to bring your child, drop off and pick up times and any kit required will be sent once you have reserved a place.

Open Events
We have a week of Open Mornings starting Monday 22 February to Friday 26 February, 9.30am-11.15am. The Headmaster will be giving a talk and afterwards there will be the opportunity to have coffee with other members of the senior staff. You can also enjoy a tour of the School, allowing you to view the School on a normal working day.
