“Why does my brain do that?” Understanding your complicated teenage brain
If you have ever wondered why you feel so strongly about things, why you feel you have to be perfect, why your moods go up and down, why you feel sleepy when the rest of the world is awake, or why your parents are so embarrassing then join Dr Dominique Thompson, an award winning GP, author and TEDx speaker to discover amazing facts about your brain.
Dr Dom specialises in teen and student mental health and wellbeing and understanding why adolescence is both exciting and exhausting. Come along to find out more and ask your questions.
