A wide range of clubs are offered, some at lunchtime, others after school. Infant choices have included gardening, Lego, cookery, choir and Active Club. In the Juniors the number of choices grows: Art, Business Club, Chicken Club, Code Club, Russian and yoga have all been offered, alongside choir, orchestra and sports including badminton, rugby and netball.
Trying something new or pursuing a passion is also on the curriculum in BGS Juniors. A whole afternoon each week is given over to our Activities programme, where your child can chose a new challenge or a favourite hobby and spend time with friends from across the Junior School. With such a huge range of clubs and activities to pick from, your child will be able to find something that suits their talents and interests.
Our aim for your child is for them to leave BGS happy, confident and secure, equipped not just with qualifications but with the skills they need to make their way in the world.
At BGS every child is involved in outdoor activities, developing a strong sense of adventure in our pupils as they move up through our School.
At BGS the Arts are embraced as a vital part of your child’s education.
