Lower Sixth

If you would like to experience life in our Sixth Form first-hand, you can see the school in action on a Sixth Form tour. These are led by the Director of Sixth Form, Justin Harford and tailored to your subject choices.

BGS would be delighted to receive an application from you to join our Sixth Form. Every year a significant number of new students join us from a wide-range of schools across Bristol and further afield. Our new joiners make up around 25% of the year-group. They are warmly welcomed and quickly become part of the BGS family.

If you apply to join BGS in the Sixth Form you will usually be interviewed in your chosen subjects. For 2025 entry, our main interview session will take place on 26 November 2024.
