Last term pupils submitted their portfolios for the Trinity College Bronze, Silver and Gold Arts Award. This is a scheme that encourages young people to become involved and inspired by the arts and to develop their creative, organisational and leadership skills through the presentation of a portfolio of work.
Pupils plan and carry out an arts project, which may be anything from organising an event as part of a team, running clubs or workshops, to passing on skills to others.
Congratulations to Year 8 Bronze award winners Teresa and Nikki and special mention to Year 10's Jasleen who completed both the Silver and Gold in parallel. The Gold Award is an exceptional achievement as recognised by the allocation of UCAS points and to have passed this in Year 10 deserves special recognition.
