A Victorian visit for Year 5

Year 5 very much enjoyed their trip to Tyntesfield last week to find out more about life in the Victorian period. To add to the excitement, they had all dressed in Victorian-style clothing and really looked the part.
The children explored the house, thinking about the different jobs servants would have completed to keep the house running, visited a Victorian School room, and looked at a number of different artefacts which would have been used in this period.
