Special visitor for Irish Dance club

Yesterday, BGS Juniors' Irish Dance club were very excited to welcome a professional Irish Dancer to the group! Macaulay Selwood, who is currently on tour with Lord of the Dance, inspired the children with tales of his dance journey, and how his hard work and dedication helped him to win the British Nationals, American Nationals and All Scotland Competitions, along with placing second in The World Championships!
Macaulay astonished the group with an amazing solo performance, before the girls shared the dances they have learnt this year. Learning the steps from the finale of the show was a very exciting way to end the session…. Watch out Michael Flatley!
