We are incredibly proud of the six BGS Sixth Form students who completed a charity cycle ride from Bristol to the Royal Papworth Hospital – a journey of over 250km. Ollie, Will, Nelson, Adam, Arjun and Tom set out from Bristol on Thursday and completed their journey on Saturday. They took on the challenge to raise funds for the Royal Papworth Charity and to show their support for their friend and fellow pupil Ed who, earlier this year, underwent a heart transplant at the Royal Papworth.
We are delighted that Ed is making good progress in his recovery and he was able to be outside the hospital to greet his friends when they arrived at Papworth.
