On Friday 21 September BGS Juniors hosted a cross-country festival at Failand for pupils from Years 5 and 6 at other local schools.
It was wonderful to welcome children from nine other schools and to see so many children taking part. There were girls' and boys' events for both U10 and U11 ages; congratulations to St Bonaventure's Primary School who won the boys' and girls' U11 team events, and to Henleaze and Red Maids' High who took team victories in the U10 categories.
A huge thank you goes to all the schools and runners who took part and helped make the afternoon such a great successs – Badminton School, Bishop Road Primary School, Clifton College, Clifton High, Colston's School, Elmlea Juniors, Henleaze Juniors, Red Maids' High and St Bonaventure's Primary School.
