Well done to all the runners who competed for BGS in the Bristol Schools Cross Country last Tuesday (22 November).
🥇BGS won the Senior Girls Competition, with Keira (L6) winning the race in some style along with Zoey (L6) finishing 2nd and Boo (U6) in 10th.
🥇BGS won the Senior Boys Competition, with Nick (L6) finishing 2nd, Jay (L6) in 4th, Michael (L6) 5th and Joseph (U6) 7th.
🥇BGS won the Intermediate Boys Competition, with Reuben (Y10) finishing 2nd, Ollie (Y11) 4th, Sebastian (Y10) 8th and Daniel (Y10) 10th.
🥈BGS came 2nd in the Intermediate Girls Competition, with Rosie (Y11) finishing 4th, Emma (Y10) 7th, Orla (Y10) 9th, Steph (Y11) 11th and Mabel (Y11) 13th.
The Junior Girls and Junior Boys teams were affected by illness in Year 9, however Hartley (Y9) finished 12th and Lili (Y8) finished 15th.
🥉The Minor Girls finished 3rd in their competition, with Year 7 pupils Lamorna and Lizzie finishing 3rd and 5th respectively.
🥇The Minor Boys won their competition, with BGS taking the top three places – pictured are Freddie (1st), Joel (2nd) and Sebastian (3rd) – plus a 10th place finish for fellow Year 7 pupil Thomas.
