On 1 March, the Lower Sixth BGS team competed against 24 other schools in the annual BASE National Business and Accounting competition regional heats. The students had to analyse a 100-page document and make strategic recommendations, completing a range of activities and finishing with a four minute presentation.
Both BGS teams successfully made it to the final of the heat, and we were delighted that one of them achieved the top position. The winning team is looking forward to going to Birmingham on the 30 June for the national final where they will compete against 49 other schools for the title of National BASE Champions 2016.
