The Great Alien Cake Off

BGS Infants had a fantastic virtual visit on Monday 14 December from author Rachel McCoubrie. Rachel shared her book 'The Great Alien Cake Off' with the children.
Everyone had a brilliant time; they found out all about the process of writing a book, finding a publisher, selecting an illustrator, and having it manufactured. They had lots of interesting questions and did some lovely rhyming activities. A huge thank you to Rachel for 'visiting' us – what a wonderful end-of-term treat for the Infant School children.
